My Name is Conner Wilson. I have just ended my final year of high school and am about to head off to college! But before I do that I have one final task that I must complete-I desire to obtain my Eagle Scout Rank. I joined the Scouts program late, but have been striving hard to get my Eagle rank from the start. It’s very important to me because I know it will benefit me in my desire to serve in the military;and generally speaking, it is a highly esteemed title that I would like to achieve. I’ve put in all of the work to earn my current rank of Life Scout, and I would hate to see my efforts end in vain by not having the needed funds to complete my Eagle project! So that brings me to the “here and now.” My Eagle Scout project is going to be for the Warren County Memorial Airport. I have designed four Sheltered Hammock stations with accompanying tarps to provide protection from the weather. This will provide incoming pilots with a place to rest, recuperate, and camp out before they depart from the Airport. In addition to the hammock stations, I will also be pressure washing and painting the 13 picnic benches that they have at the Airport. The total cost for my project is estimated to be $2,338.16. I currently have about $1,000.00 towards my project that has been donated by MTNG’s “Project Hometown Help” program. And I also have someone that is going to donate the concrete needed to secure the hammock stations. This leaves me needing 1,338.16$.... If you can donate anything at all, even if it’s just a couple of dollars, any financial or material donations would be highly appreciated! If you would like to know more about my project, or you would be interested in donating specific materials, please contact me by email at [email redacted]-PayPal donations will also be accepted if you are more comfortable with that platform. My paypal email is PayPal.Me/conner00200. Thank you so much in advance for any help you can provide!
