Protest Injury - Russell Strong

Donation protected
My name is La Prima Kessler and I'd like to introduce you to Russell Strong. I've known Russell since he was a toddler and consider him to be my own child. He is a contributing member of the Denver community. He works, pays taxes and supports small businesses with his purchases. He has always been the type of person to help those in need. Now he needs our help. He, like many others,  felt the need to let his voice be heard. He attended the protest in Denver Saturday night as a show of solidarity to his community. During the protest he was struck in the eye with a flash bang device. He was carried by other supporters to an ambulance and was transported for medical care. Unfortunately the damage was severe. He underwent surgery but now waits to find out if the eye will heal itself or needs to be removed. He is uninsured and will require additional surgery and hospitalization.  At this time I am asking that we support Russell in the same way he has been there to support others. He needs financial assistance not only for medical expenses but daily needs as well because he is currently unable to work. Can you please help with a donation? No amount is too small. As with the protest - each voice (donation) becomes larger as it compounds. May peace be with us all.
