Help Kevin and his Family

Donation protected
Kevin is age 11. He has Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Renal Calculi. Kevin is also Non verbal, Peg tube fed, Pseudomonas, Distonia along with other issues. The purpose of this fund is to raise money to purchase a reliable modified wheelchair adapted family vehicle and also to cover the cost of private extensive physiotherapy in which Kevin will have to travel to Northern Ireland for each week. A few years ago the family purchased a wheelchair adapted van to transport Kevin around, from his daily appointments to events to family outings etc, however after a while the van started becoming problematic. It started to breakdown, the gearbox went, along with many other issues the van was becoming unreliable. The family spent money trying to fix the issues however it was shortlived as the problems started to arise again. Now everytime Kevin is out in the van going to his many appointments and outings there is always the fear of what is going to happen next? Is the van going to breakdown? What's plan b? So with the money raised we hope to purchase a vehicle suitable for Kevin's needs and the families needs that is realiable for the many appointments they need to attend. Also Kevin's younger brother was diagnosed with Autism, Sensory Seeking Behaviour Disorder and Sensory Processing Development Delay, so there will be many things that both boys will need to attend at different times weekly. Kevin had tendons release done on his hamstring and groin in Feb 2019. However because of lack of physiotherapy, due to the physiotherapist, Kevin's tendon on the right side has reattached and he will need to get the operation again. After Kevin gets the operation he will need extensive physiotherapy, however this comes at a cost as it will be private sessions and the family have no choice but to cover the cost themselves to give Kevin a better quality in life and keep him pain free. So part of the money raised will be used to pay for these sessions. Kevin and his family have being through a lot in the last couple of years. In the summer of 2018 their landlord issued them with a month's notice as he was planning on selling the property. Turning to the council, they asked about their forever home, the council had no house suitable for Kevins needs. The family were put into a temporary small 3 bedroom bungalow. Unfortunately it was a blank canvas, newly built with no flooring, tiles or even kitchen appliances. With no help from the council, or social welfare as they were not entitled to anything the family had no choice but to pay to make the house suitable for Kevin, which meant flooring and tiling the house themselves along with paying for kitchen appliances as they could not bring Kevin into the house as it was filled with dust and dirt which would have a negative effect on top of the health issues Kevin faces each day. The deal was they would stay there for a max of 6 months and then move into their forever home. However 6 months turned into 18months and Kevin's family were desperate to get out of the house they were currently in and started putting pressure on the council to get their forever home. September 2019 and the family got the call to say there was a house nearly built and ready to move into before Christmas. End of November 2019 Kevin and his family start to pack up and get ready to move into their forever home. Unfortunately though much like the temporary accommodation, their new house was a blank canvas with only the upstairs floored, the family had to fork out more money that they didn't have to floor and tile the downstairs of the house and make it suitable for Kevin. With everything that has happened over the last 2 years the family are unable to afford a new car and physiotherapy sessions for Kevin. The last of the families money and savings is gone due to putting money into their forever home to make it suitable for Kevin, and the van they currently have that's unreliable. Please help Kevin and his family by donating. Any amount is much appreciated, thank you so much in advance.
