Help Mother Keep Honor Student In Private School

As you all have seen this treaturous video of my Mother being punched in the face and knocked unconscious by a Baltimore City Policeman, its been a nightmare for my family and I. My Mother has been progressively mentally unstable for years now. While my family and I have worked tirelessly to ensure her safety and proper treatment, it is sometimes to no avail. This footage captures a picture my Mother during a Psychiatric episode, a state in which she can be very easily escalated. Authorities agree that the cop who knocked my Mother unconcious did so within their guidelines. Not only did this cop violate "the brotherhood" but used extreme excessive force that could have killed and did seriously injured my mom. My mother is currently being held in a Central Booking unit with serious physical and mental injuries that have gone without medical intervention. This is in addition to the denial of any progressive Psychiatric care. My Mother lives with a Chronic Clinical Mental Disability which means the symptoms of this disease can ultimately result in death. Yet, she does not suffer alone. She is a wife, grandmother, daughter, sister and widely known/loved individual. My family is completely devastated by her current state and the wrongful acts of our Community Helpers. Mental illness is everyone's problem, specifically in Baltimore City. Someone I love has been mishandled in the City and BY the City we all love. Mental Illness is another pandemic sweeping the Nation and families in your own communities are suffering tragically.
