20th Anniversary San Pancho Music Festival

Thank you for supporting the 20th Anniversary San Pancho Music Festival, which takes place on February 28th, 29th and March 1st, 2020 in beautiful San Francisco, Nayarit, Mexico. Your donations are what make this event possible and has helped San Pancho be recognized as the cultural heart of the Riviera Nayarit.  What started as a backyard party has converted into one of the largest and most anticipated events in the area, fully funded by your donations. While we work on a shoestring budget and depend greatly on the unpaid hours of our festival committee and volunteers, our expenses grow every year. This includes an honorarium for every musician, sound and lighting equipment rentals, design and promotion, food and drinks for the musicians, security, etc.  The San Pancho Music festival features continuous music by 27 bands over 3 nights . To see many of these bands in the area would cost $15/MEX$300 per person to just hear one band. As we await for our status as a legal Association in Mexico, this year we have decided to use a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for the festival. Our goal of $10,000 is only a starting point to help cover all of our costs.

El festival se ha convertido en uno de los eventos más grandes y esperados en el área, completemente financiado por sus donaciones. Trabajamos con un presupuesto limitado y dependemos del voluntad de nuestro comité y voluntarios del festival, pero nuestros gastos crecen cada año.
