Rest In Peace Jack Condon

It’s with a heavy heart to write this that Jack Condon passed away yesterday, September 13th. He was a fun, loving, and spontaneous guy. He has two sisters left behind and his best friend and twin, Ricky. His parents and the rest of the family are grieving, and they would appreciate if you will give them the time to do that. Jack left us all too soon, but he will never be forgotten. We love you Jack
I’m gonna miss your laugh the most. Jack was my boyfriends twin brother! He meant more to me than words can explain he was like my little brother I always wanted! It breaks my heart that he’s gone. All donations will be going to the funeral for Jack Condon and the rest of the donations are going to his brother to handle the memorial also and household needs while the family grieves! Thank you everyone hope to see everyone and thank you all at the memorial service.
