Laya Emily McConkey was born on July 25th, 2012 at only 23 weeks gestation, weighed 1lb 9oz (dropping to 1lb 2oz shortly after) and was only 12.5 inches long. Layla is a FIGHTER who was in the hospital for SIX months, and has faced numerous developmental challenges-particularly with her lungs. We are excited to say that Layla is now home! However, she, and her parents, will still face MORE challenges. The most significant being her dependancy on oxygen. We are trying to raise money for the family to cover medical expenses from her 6 month hopital stay, loss of wages, and the ongoing care she will need. We will have some items to raffle off, as well as a 50/50 raffle. PLEASE help us raise some money for Layla and her family! We hope to see you there! Share this event with everyone you know!
