<div>The Urgent Need: Escaping High-Risk Zones: Right now, our sanctuary is operating in a low-lying region highly vulnerable to severe environmental hazards. Every rainy season brings the immediate threat of sudden flash flooding, putting our rescue animals in constant danger of displacement and illness.Furthermore, our current location sits within a highly active Caribbean seismic zone, where soft soils dangerously amplify earthquake tremors. We cannot build a permanent, secure future for our rescues on unstable, flood-prone ground. We need an immediate, definitive relocation to a safe, sustainable home.
