Every rainy season brings the immediate threat of sudden flash flooding, putting our rescue animals in constant danger of displacement and illness.Furthermore, our current location sits within a highly active Caribbean seismic zone, where soft soils dangerously amplify earthquake tremors. We cannot build a permanent, secure future for our rescues on unstable, flood-prone ground. We need an immediate, definitive relocation to a safe, sustainable home.
