Moneenroe NS Virtual Fun Run

The children, families and teaching staff of Moneenroe National School is taking this opportunity to show appreciation and give thanks to the local community of Moneenroe. Instead of our usual ‘Mini Marathon’ which is an annual school fundraiser held in June we are inviting all families in our school community to get involved in our virtual 5 km fun run with all proceeds going to the Christmas party fund for our local “Cocooners”. The Christmas party is an annual event which our older population hold dear and look forward to each year. This has been a difficult year for many as they have experienced social distance and isolation unlike never before. Therefore the children and families of Moneenroe NS would like to make this years event extra special. We are asking you all to get behind us on Sunday June 7th and sponsor what you can for this great cause. Thank you.
