Cancer patient supporting family

I am a 30 year tour tech that has traveled with Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, AC/DC, Scorpions, Lynyrd Skynyrd and many many more. Diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer Oct 2012. Disability checks started May 2013 and they are only $1242 a month and just enough to make morgage payments each month. We pay the bills and utilities and keep the lights on must have to rely on part time work to pay for the trips to Vanderbilt Nashville.  The goal amount is also asked for in hope of moneys to make major repairs to our 100+ year old home.  Thank you for ANY help you can offer
