Raffle to Benefit Sue Busby

Our wonderful, active, fun mom, Sue has been living with Osteoarthritis since she was 26 years old.  The degeneration that this disease causes is finally catching up to her and she is undergoing surgery on her back tomorrow (2/6/13) to ease the pain, numbness and tingling she has been living with for the last several years.  Some days she is barely able to walk which has been very hard on someone who is ALWAYS on the go!

In addition, mom lost her job back in July due to her state-funded program being cut.  Fortunately she has been able to maintain her insurance but the cost of the surgery is still a lot more than she can bare on her own.   We're hoping to raise a little money to help offset the cost of her medical bills.  

My talented and generous husband has donated a beautiful face mounted photo of the East Fork of the Coquille River blanketed in fall leaves.  The photo is 16" x 24" and is mounted between plexi-glass and plastic and "floats" off of the wall.  It has a very sleek look to it and does not require a frame.  You can see the face mount here: East Fork in Fall by Aaron Ellingsen

*Every $10 donated gets you one entry in the raffle or 3 entries for a $25 donation.  There is no maximum donation.

*100% of the donations will go directly to pay Sue's medical bills.

*I will choose the winner on Saturday, February 23rd using randompicker.com.  Entries will be accepted until midnight on Friday, February 22nd.  

*If the winner is local, I will deliver the photo to you.  If the winner is out of state, I will pay shipping to get it to you.
