Relief for the flood victims in the Philippines

My name is Joel and my LDR mate Edrene is from the Philippines. I'm in the US Army. There has been a horrible flood there in Luzon due to the excessive amount of rain. A village downstream of a lake was flooded when the relief gates were opened and millions of gallons of water were released. Homes were destroyed, children were killed, an entire area was devastated. I want to raise funds to provide relief supplies for these people. I'm kindly asking for anything you can donate to provide for the most basic of needs such as blankets, clothes, food, fresh water, etc. It's a horrible thing that happened there.
