2024 National swimming journey
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Georgia and I am fund-raising to help get me to Nationals school swimming Championships on the Goldcoast in July & Nationals short course swimming Championships in Adelaide in September.
This will be the 2nd time I’ve represented my school and NSW at the National level, and due to being in year 12 it will aslo be my last opportunity to represent my school.
Throughout my school swimming career I have broken many records, from primary school at The Oaks public school and then into my time at Camden high school, as well as breaking and holding a number of area records.
I have been an excellent swimming ambassador for my schools, and as well as competing, I have a passion for teaching and supporting the next generation of junior swimmers.
I have secured Age champion at every age level from 8years old up to 17 years old.
Being my last year in school i want to leave by competing and representing at the highest possible level for school sports, and this year my chances come competing in 3 individual swims as well as NSW relay team on the Gold coast.
But to get there I need your help.
“National level swimming is the highest level of competition, and races are often split by tenths of a second across numerous swimmers, and that tenth can be the difference between 1st and last. In order to give myself the best chance, the funds will be used to purchase new Race swimmers (more than $900 and the compression can be the difference between 10ths of a second), nutritionist and physiotherapist sessions, to ensure I am at my peak performance levels. In addition there are costs for race entry, accommodation, transport and meals, so all funds will be channeled in to supporting those direct costs. ”
Thank you in advance for your generosity no matter the amount, your donations will enable me proudly represent our school system on a National Level.
