2021K in 2021
1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem of some kind every year in England.
I was talking to my friend the other day about mental health and we both agreed that exercise helps massively when you aren’t quite feeling right. We also said how it helps to talk to someone and it got me thinking.. For me being active has been the key. I’ve been pushing myself to just put my wellies on and go out for a walk, even when I haven’t felt much likedoing anything at all.
I have decided to try bring some brightness to this confusing time and give my best shot at hitting 2021K in 2021 to raise money for Mind, a charity that helps people who suffer with mental health.
