2020 Storm damages

Asking for help!! 
so this tree has been rotting for the past few years and so we have called the park and even our neighbor has called the park to try and get this tree cut down before this...mind you we never cut it because it was off our property by so many inches

Hi I’m throwing this together as an emergency fix I am trying to raise some money to help make repairs on this trailer,  We live in 
The roof has caved in in the hallway and in  Part of the bathroom 
The park has stated that we have to pay for it to be removed off of our trailer 
as that and the damages it has taken we are asking for your help to raise any type of money to try and fix damages and get the tree off the house thank you and stay safe!
