2020 MCDC Meet Support Fund

The Music City Distance Carnival is in its 18th year. It will game place on Saturday August 15th in Nashville, TN. This year will see hundreds of athletes, including, at last count, 19 Olympians, competing. Contrary to what many might think, MCDC typically operates at a loss, and many national class athletes, even Olympians, although “sponsored”, can barely makes ends meet. I do everything I can to provide as much assistance as I can, but it costs about $45,000 to put on this event, and I cannot keep gambling on the event maybe breaking even. So I am appealing to you, my friends in the running community, to help out, to help this meet be the best it can be. Your donation will be used to assist with meet logistics, and go help out financially strapped elite or HS athletes with travel/accommodation for MCDC. Thanks for any help you can provide!
