2020 Care Kit Campaign

Hi Friends!
As you all know my company, Beautycounter, has some exceptional products but our underlying mission is to get safer products into the hands of everyone and fight for more health protective laws. In the spirit of that effort, I’m enlisting your help...
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and a group of us Beautycounter consultants are partnering with Wellness House in Hinsdale, IL for our third annual CARE KIT campaign. A CARE KIT is a gift of Beautycounter products designed to address the health risk of incredibly dry skin caused by chemotherapy and lessen the toxic burden on an already compromised immune system. Equally as important, it is a gesture of encouragement and support for those enduring a great challenge. These kits will be given to participants receiving chemotherapy treatment who are affiliated with their organization.
Here’s how it works…an individual agrees to sponsor a kit, half a kit or multiple kits for $40 each. This covers a portion of the cost of a 3-4 of our safe Beautycounter products in addition to a letter of encouragement and some extra little goodies to make them smile and feel good.
To make the process easy, the cost of your donation can be submitted through this GoFundMe link, Venmo’d to me (@Meghan-Johnson-78), or if a check is easier, you can mail it directly to 245 Crabtree Lane Glenview, IL 60025. Please have all donations in by Friday, October 30 as I will be placing a bulk order for all the items on October 31 for delivery in November.
Please note, all commissions earned from these orders go into the fulfillment of the kits. The benefit I receive is the same one you receive, the opportunity to be a small, but hopefully, meaningful part of someone’s recovery.
There is no pressure to participate. If you know anyone with whom you think this project might resonate, I would be so grateful if you shared this message. Given that safe products are relevant to so many health issues, if you have a cause or organization more near and dear to your heart or a specific friend or family member for which you would like to initiate a CARE KIT effort, please let me know. I’d be happy to help.
Last year we raised over 400 CARE KITS. Our goal this year is to surpass 500! We can do it with your help. Think how many people we can help brighten their day.
