2019 ROV Regional Champions

Our Aptos High School robotics team went to the regional robotics competition on May 11 and we had a lot of fun competing with our robot (ROV), presenting our work, and talking to other teams and volunteers. For the third year in a row, we won the competition!  Now we are invited to compete in the international competition in June.

Unfortunately this year the international competition is all the way in Tennessee, instead of on the west coast where it has been the last two years.  We are looking for ways to cover the travel expenses.  It is going to cost roughly $12k to send the team and pay for lodging so we have a lot of money to raise.  We are hoping to pay for part of the trip by raising $3k using contributions from donors like you. Any contribution would help.  For those that contribute, we will include your name, or company logo*, on our marketing poster which we will presented as part of the competition.
