OKW Architects have teamed up with Leopardo Construction and Milhouse Charities for this year's CANstruction Chicago design competition.
Our mission is to create a show-stopping sculpture using cans of non-perishable foods, which will all be donated to the Greater Chicago Food Depository to help put food on the table for the Chicagoans who rely on it.
This year, together with our partners Leopardo and Milhouse Charities, we are aiming for the moon, spacing out our cans, and hoping to blast off with creativity! In order to build this stellar structure, we need to reach for the skies in our fundraising efforts.
We are asking for our partners to help us rocket to our goal. We will include corporate logos on our promotional materials for donations of $1,000 or more, and will proudly feature company names for donations under $1,000. Everyone who helps out will also be featured on the event board, which will be on display at the Merchandise Mart for nearly a month.
