A New Beginning

I have survived my heart surgery and now I must navigate other challenges. My kidneys are struggling to do their jobs. I can no longer walk without my walker. I am lucky to have a place to live and food. But I am struggling with social phobia and other than doctors appointments I never leave my apartment. I have made a plan to go to the library most days. I need monthly bus passes. ($32.50) That will take away any excuse to stay indoors. I'm hoping the routine of the short trip to the library will ease my anxiety. Each time I go out I have a panic attack. I appreciate your generosity. I should receive my disability by the end of the year which will allow me to shut down this page. I hope it will be sooner rather than later. Solidarity
