2018 Medical Mission to Honduras

Our team of volunteers will be traveling to the Manos Amigas clinic outside of La Entrada, Honduras to provide treatment and resources to underserved areas of Honduras. The Honduras Medical Mission Team is assembled and run through The First Presbyterian Church of Allentown, PA. We will be working to aid, inform, and empower local communities in Honduras through providing healthcare and resources to those in need.
We have assembled a team of 20 talented individuals to staff and run the medical clinic from April 28-May 5, 2018. At the clinic, we will be providing treatment, medicine, supplies, and education to help establish long-term sustainability and improve the quality of life for the people we serve.
The team will work to ensure that every patient who comes to the clinic will be provided the treatment they need. Many of our patients will walk for miles to be seen by one of our volunteer physicians. We are in need of funds to support the team and help provide equipment and medicine to care for the patients that come to the clinic.
A donation of any amount will help support the team and provide the much-needed supplies and equipment to best serve the people of Honduras. We thank you for your consideration and support and appreciate anything you are able to contribute.
In addition to financial support, you can contribute to help the mission in many other ways. We are also collecting small travel soaps and lotions to distribute to patients as well as some handmade dolls and prayer squares. Please contact any member of the Medical Mission Team to donate or provide your crafting skills and support.
