We are the NW Florida Robot Spot. Our team consists of 16 home-schooled students ranging in age from 11 to 15.
We are competing in the BEST Robotics competition, and we need help funding our team. The money will be used for competition T-shirts, marketing booth, (consisting of handouts, personalized bracelets, flyers, etc.) as well as tools and parts for our robotics club. Hopefully, we may also need the money to fund a trip to Auburn University for the regional competition.
Our team needs your donations by October 5th, 2018 in order to purchase the items needed for the competition on November 3rd.
The competition takes place on the campus of the University of West Florida. We hold our team meetings at our coaches' house.
This experience gives us a chance to practice life skills such as public speaking, work ethic, leadership, science, technology, engineering, and math.
