2018 IFMA World Games

Hey everyone! As some of you know, my name is Natalie Salcedo. I am a student, a competitor, and a coach. Virtually ALL of my time is dedicated to training and teaching martial arts. After close to a decade of having trained Muay Thai, this year I qualified to represent Team USA and compete in the IFMA World Games! I cant even begin to explain how excited I am for this opportunity. But unfortunately, at this time the USMF (United States Muay Thai Federation) is not providing financial support to athletes for travel and accommodations. This places a high financial burden and stress on competitors. I'm normally not one to ask for charity, as an amateur fighter you tend to expect to spend money fighting (unlike the pros who get paid to fight!) But sometimes you have to suck up your pride and ask for a little help. I'm training hard every single day in preparation to represent our country as best I can in May!
