Guatemala Outreach 2018

We are a group of local volunteers from Ohio. We organize trips each year to visit the town of Santo Domingo, Xenacoj in the western highlands of Guatemala.

We are in the preparation stages of our trip in January 2018 and funding is needed to supply materials for our projects. 100% of the funds collected go toward building materials, direct aid to families and the distribution of wheelchairs free to families in need.

For 2018 one of our projects will be to install a new roof on the El Calvario School in Xenacoj. We already have teams committed for this work and are seeking financial support to purchase materials and to pay local workers to assist in the efforts.

We have several other ongoing projects that also require funding:

-Wheelchair sponsorships & distributions
-School supplies and uniforms
-Food and vitamins
-Home, bathroom and kitchen shelter construction
-Family shelter (single mothers and children)
-Water purification filters
-Cookstoves
