2017 Knowledgent Annual Food Drive

As the holiday season quickly approches, we at Knowledgent Cares always take the time to remember those less fortunate. We are excited to announce our 2017 Knowledgent Cares Holiday Food Drive!
We will be collecting monetary donations for the food drive. This year, the food drive will be benefitting The Mount Carmel Guild Academy, a private, non-profit, co-educational school offering a comprehensive program for learning and behaviorally disabled children in grades Pre-K through 12 in West Orange, New Jersey. The school, which is run through Catholic Charities, has around 100 students - students who are extremely underprivileged from the neighboring areas.
During the Thanksgiving holiday, the staff (at their own expense) provides food baskets to the most underprivileged families, offering the baskets through a "lottery" system, since the expense to provide baskets to all students is too great for the teachers to undertake themselves.
Our goal through the food drive is to collect enough money so that every student can go home with a Thanksgiving food basket this year.
When donating, please remember that any amount makes a huge difference. We will be collecting donations through Wednesday, November 15.
