"It's The Final Count-Down"

"LIVING THE AMERICAN DREAM" I am Taylor Doan, a student-athletic at Northern Michigan University (NMU).  This is my Second year at NMU, and other than the challenges within the academic and greco-field, being able to raise funds to attend and compete the numerous greco tournament are tremendous.  By attending these tournaments, it will definitely prepare me for the opportunity for the 2016 Olympics.  Prior to attending NMU, I have attended and received my degree in Psychology from Lindsey Wilson College, which is located in Columbia, Kentucky.  
While attending NMU, my dream other than graduating from the Education and Psychology-field is to represent the USA in the 2016 Olympics.  While at NMU, my degrees will be in Behavior Science, and Secondary Special Education in Physical Education, with a minor in Nutrition and Health.  Having little to no training in the field of greco, I am a 4x State Champion in the State of Delaware, placed 3rd in 2008 in a National AAU Greco tournament, and National AAU

Champion in 2009.  I am a team-player, learning from my father who was in the military for over 32-years in the Air Force.  On numerous occasions when my father was deployed, I was the man of the house, helping on the farm, while still maintaining my academics and wrestling skills.
