<div>
 As someone who is currently serving in the British Army, supporting veterans and their families is something that means a great deal to me.

<div>
 I am taking on a 200-mile running challenge to raise £1,000 for Help for Heroes.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Challenge starts: 1 October
</div>
<div>
 Target: 200 miles in one month
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 I have one month to complete the challenge. However, due to a one-week military exercise, I will have less time available to run, so I have given myself until 5 November to complete any remaining miles.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 I’ll be running around the Esso pitch, where:
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 1 loop = 0.50 miles
</div>
<div>
 13 loops = 6.5 miles
</div>
<div>
 20 loops = 10 miles
</div>
<div>
 400 loops = 200 miles
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Every run will be recorded on Strava, allowing friends, family and supporters to follow my progress throughout the challenge.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Help for Heroes provides specialist physical and mental health support, welfare assistance and practical help to veterans and their families.

 Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference. If you cannot donate, sharing my fundraising page would also mean a lot.

 ❤️ Please support my challenge and help me give something back to the veterans and families who have given so much.
