20, an Age I Thought I’d Never See

Hi, my name is Josephine Lee. Today is my birthday, December 20th. I turn 20 today. It’s an age, I thought I’d never live to. These past 20 years, I’ve been a battling with severe depression, anxiety disorder, ptsd, and suicidal ideation. I am a survivor.  For my birthday this year, I truly am blessed to be alive and given the blessings to live. I am blessed to have the resources of medicine, therapy, and financial means for appointments. I want to help others, because you are NOT alone.
