2 Bousen Boys Injured Let's Help Thier Family
Last month 2 Siblings Dylan Bousen 12 and Declan Bousen 10 were hit  by an out of control car, as thier Mother and little brother watched from the pick  up line.
There was pure panic. As 6 people in total were injured.
Dylan was pinned by the the car with Declan on the ground.
Both boys were serverly injured.
The Boys were rushed to hospital.
Dylan suffered a serverly broken leg and extensive deep burns to the derma level.
Declan a badly broken leg and a broken arm.
Both boys where rushed to surgery.
Pins in thier legs and  supports to stabilize fractures. No casts as they had puncture  wounds and burns.
The Boys both needed a second operation.
Keith and Sasha torn between their 2 injured boys and also needed to juggle their 4yr old son.
Antibiotics and pain relief every 4 hrs for both.
By this time Sasha is starting to show signs of trauma.
1 of Dylan's burns  unfortunately became infected. It was excruciating pain for it to be cleaned. He also developed a raging temp and hives.
Cardio team checked over Dylan as he has had complications since birth.
Declan later was released from hospital into Keith's care at home with his little brother.
Keith would need to take Declan back to hospital for a 3rd surgery. Op went well and they also reset his wrist.
Friends helped look after Rye their little brother.
Dylan also is preparing for 3rd surgery.
Sasha had her 1st night home in 11 days with Declan and Rye.
Dylan faced a 4 and 5th surgery  also including a skin graft.
Declan also attends physio with 6 metal rods in his leg.
Rye misses his brothers and parents.
Declan bone is "bent" and needs to be adjusted twice a day.
Dylan's skin graft is healing well. Planning for his 6th operation is currently being org.
Dylan was released for 1 day over Easter,
so they could eat together as a family for the 1st time since the accident.
Sasha has been unable to work her  job for the last month as she supports her boys in hospital. Unfortunately the recovery process is going to be a long one.
Keith has had time off and his employees have been great. He will need to return to work soon.
This family need to focus on their  boys and themselves to rebuild the physical and emotional injuries.
So please give as much as you can to help on the long road to both physical and mental recovery for the whole family.
Thank You.
