2 Jahre zu wenig Miete vom Jobcenter

ich bin Yoh und ich bin schon seit einigen Jahren hier in Hamburg von Wohnverhältnis zu Wohnverhältnis gegangen.

 

Jetzt endlich habe ich eigentlich eine gute Wohnung zur Untermiete.

 

Allerdings war das letzte Jahr ziemlich nervenaufreibend auf allen Seiten und somit bin ich leider ohne Kündigung ohne ohne Einverständnis vom Jobcenter zu anfang Januar dann umgezogen.

 

Das rächt sich dadurch, das sowohl der Umzug auf meine eigenen Kosten lief (das erspart mir auch viel zu komplexe Bürokratie) , als auch das nun die alte Miete weiter gezahlt wird. Obwohl die neue Miete viel viel teurer ist.

 

Das Mietverhältnis in der WG war halt beiderseitig nicht mehr Stimmig und ich durfte aus Mitgefühl der Situation noch ein halbes Jahr länger bleiben. Ich wäre natürlich auch sofort ausgezogen wenn es etwas gegeben hätte. Nur verliefen die Wohnungsbesichtigungen (als Hauptmieter_in einer eigenen Wohnung) - wie in den Jahren davor auch - nicht erfolgreich.

Ich hatte leider auch keine Kündigung erhalten.

 

Ich habe jetzt mich mal kurz hingesetzt und ausgerechnet welche Mietkosten ich mit meinem eigenen ALG2 Satz bezahlen müsste - wenn ich nicht stattdessen wieder ausziehe und eine Wohnung mir suche die das JC genehmigt (ich will endlich mal nicht umziehen müssen. ich kann dass nicht mehr....) Wobei das letzte Argument ja war das es keinen Grund für einen auszug gäbe, da ich ja ein Mietverhältnis hätte. Egal wie du es drehst - das Jobcenter ist immer gegen dich. Es geht nicht um soziale Punkte - es geht nur um Verwaltung und kosten sparen. Oder am Ende lediglich Recht haben. Ohne die tatsächliche Realen Gegebenheiten und einzelnen Situationen zu berücksichtigen.

 

655€ warm brauche ich pro Monat. 480€ bekomme ich. Wenn ich wenigstens auf die Hälfte komme wäre schon recht gut.

 

Ich spare eigentlich gerade noch für einen Führerschein - aber das werde ich dann wohl erstmal mit verwenden müssen um dann sowohl mit eigenem Geld als auch mit euren Spenden die nächsten 2 Jahre zu überbrücken. Was Miete betrifft.

 

Was so das allgemeine Leben an sich betrifft und solche Themen wie: einfach mal nicht über Geld nachdenken und vielleicht auch Hobbys haben oder einfach mal ....

Das ist wohl dann erstmal auf Eis. ....und die Kosten sind auch durch Coronapandemie + Krieg in Europa in die höhe Gegangen. Dazu fehlen mir aber die Zahlen.... und das könnte ich eigentlich auch dank Minijob + sparsamer und strategischer Einkaufsplanung ganz gut kompensieren... wenn da nicht jetzt diese Situation wäre....

 

Aber bitte nur beteiligien, wenn du finanziell auch in der Lage dazu bist!

 

Wenn das Funding hier abgeschlossen ist, werde ich den Betrag sofort als Mietvorzahlung an die untervermietende Person überweisen. Ansonsten würde dieser Betrag auch noch als Einkommen verrechnet und mir blieben dann nur 20% davon.

I'm Yoh and I've been going from living arrangement to living arrangement here in Hamburg for a few years now.


Now finally I actually have a good apartment for sublease.


However, the last year was quite nerve-wracking on all sides and so I am unfortunately moved without notice without the consent of the Job Center to the beginning of January then.


This is revenged by the fact that both the move was at my own expense (which also saves me much too complex bureaucracy), as well as that now the old rent continues to be paid. Although the new rent is much much more expensive.


The tenancy in the WG was just mutually no longer good and I was allowed to stay out of sympathy of the situation half a year longer. Of course, I would have moved out immediately if there had been something. But the apartment inspections (as the main tenant of my own apartment) - as in the years before - were not successful.
Unfortunately, I had not received any notice of termination.


I have now sat down briefly and calculated what rent I would have to pay with my own ALG2 rate - if I do not instead move out again and look for an apartment that the Jobcenter approves (I want to finally not have to move. I can no longer....) Where the last argument was that there would be no reason for a move out, because I would have a tenancy. No matter how you turn it - the job center is always against you. It is not about social points - it is only about administration and saving costs. Or in the end just being right. Without taking into account the actual realities and individual situations.


655€ warm I need per month. 480€ I get. If I come at least to half would be quite good.


I'm actually still saving for a driver's license - but I'll probably have to use that for now to bridge the next 2 years with my own money as well as with your donations. As far as rent is concerned.


As for the general life itself and such topics as: just do not think about money and maybe have hobbies or simply .....
That is probably then for the time being on ice. ....and the costs are also by Corona situation + war in Europe in the height gone. But I do not have the numbers.... and that I could actually compensate thanks to mini-job + frugal and strategic purchase planning quite well ... if there was not now this situation....


But please only participate if you are financially able to do so!


If the funding is completed here, I will transfer the amount immediately as rent prepayment to the subletting person. Otherwise, this amount would also be charged as income and I would then remain only 20% of it.
