Dobbys final expenses

Dobby is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. I adopted her from Best friends Animal society in September of 2013. Before that, she was a stray so she was extremely underweight and had stitches on her little leg from being hit by a car according to the staff. The day I rescued her she got so excited she peed on the floor. She has been an angel ever since. For the last week and a half she had some issues with constipation. It seems that wet food and pumpkin fixed this but when we switched back to dry food she would not eat. I thought she was being stubborn but after a few days of not eating, I took her to pinnacle vet. She was diagnosed with diabetes, pancreatitis, elevated liver enzymes and a UTI. She was lethargic and shakey. She was able to come home at night Thursday, Friday and Saturday and it seemed like she was getting better. However, I took her to get an emergency ultrasound at the vet's urging and they found that she has a mature mucus plug in her gallbladder. They say 1 in 5 dogs do not survive the surgery so I am trying to take the medical route. Meanwhile, the vet bills are over $5,000 and the surgery will be better $8-10k more. Any help is appreciated. Dobby is the light of our lives.
