Family Traffic Accident

My Cousin Cesar, 24 years old, and his family got on a traffic accident on April 28th. His 24 year old wife is in need of a surgery- she fractured her femur. The young girl, Hilary, 2 years old, suffered from damage on her face/lips. They need help to cover through part of the costs of medicine and surgery.
