Dr. Trevor Althof Memorial Scholarship Fund

I'm raising money to honor my husband, amazing father to our 4 children, and an outstanding educator, Dr. Trevor Althof who passed away suddenly on May 19, 2019. He believed you pulled yourself up through education. Some students need that person reaching a hand out to begin pulling them up. The Parent Teacher Student Organization of Indian Land High School will be sponsoring a scholarship in Dr. Althof’s name for a student that shows need, high achievement and a desire to help others through their college degree. Please offer your hand to help pull a child up in the world through a college education. The first Dr. Trevor Althof Memorial Scholarship will go to a deserving senior in the 2020 class so donations are needed right away as our Senior class of 2020 graduates on May 29, 2020. Your donation will go to a child with the drive and passion for education that Dr. Althof displayed. The money will help the child pay for college tuition, books or room and board. Seniors must apply through an application which will be examined by members of the PTSO, administration, and the Althof Family. Thank you for any donation you can give to help get this scholarship off the ground during this unprecedented time when some families will find themselves needing it even more.
