Bailey's Vet Bill Fund

So many of you have been asking after Bailey, Schnauzerville's Miracle Puppy who suddenly became very ill on January 28th.

After a series of tests, it was determined that Bailey contracted the bacterial infection known as Leptospirosis.

This potentially life-threatening condition requires 24 hour veterinary hospital care, including IV's and catheterization, antibiotics, liver protectants and other oral medication. 

His already tiny 4lbs 6oz weight dropped to 3lbs 2oz and it has been touch and go for most of the week. 

As of February 2nd, the Vets are cautiously optimistic about his, tests, increased appetite and improved demeanor and they will take him off IV's tomorrow and will closely monitor his liver function. 

Despite this hopeful sign, Bailey will still require specialty veterinary internal medical care for at least the next three weeks.  In just the last few days, the cost has already grown to over $8,000.00, so one can only imagine what the final costs will be.

At Schnauzerville, we know you regard your pups as family and are willing to do whatever possible to help and heal them, just as Bailey's mom is doing.
