Please Help Me Get My Daughter Back

I am raising money to retain a lawyer so that I can go to court to get my daughter my back. My X husband has violated our divorce decree and has taken her from me, claiming that he will not give her back. (We have 50/50 custody.) This is the second time he has done this. In the state of Texas this is not considered a criminal offense because it is in relation to a civil matter so he can keep her from me until she is 18 if he chooses to. My only hope is to take him to court and have him arrested for kidnapping. (The judge is the only one allowed to order this arrest.) Due to COVID, I am currently out of a job and only have $400 to put towards this retainer fee. I know a lot of people are financially suffering due to COVID, so your contribution will be especially appreciated. Please help me. I want my baby back.
