RPM from AM to PM -In Aid of our Frontline Workers During these strange and uncertain times due to the outbreak of Covid-19 it is easy to feel a little helpless and powerless, I’m sure that we can all lay claim to someone who this virus has affected in some way, shape or form, from not being able to spend time with some family or loved ones, to small business owners falling on hard and uncertain times, It is plain to see that this Virus knows no bounds. However in these dark times there is a shining beacon of light in the shape of essential staff and businesses but in particular our Frontline Workers who are manning their stations so heroically in our local and national hospitals, These men and women are putting their own health and well-being at risk in order to keep the rest of us safe. Having a family member working on the frontline has only helped in opening my eyes further as to the effort these fantastic people put in day in day out. In times like these I believe you get to see the best in people. On a somewhat spur of the moment decision I have decided to try and raise some much needed funds for our frontline staff in Mullingar hospital, In every crisis there is also a chance for opportunity, On the 25th of April I will cycle from sunrise to sunset in an effort to raise funds for the frontline staff of Mullingar Regional Hospital (The cycle route will be located within the 2km radius of my home.) Although this may sound like a big undertaking in my eyes it is nothing compared to the efforts that these heroic men and women put in every day during these frantic and uncertain times, Any donation would be a massive help and greatly appreciated with no amount being too small, every little bit will help in raising much needed funds for the frontline staff of Mullingar Regional hospital.
