The Miah family would like to show our sincerest gratitude to Bedford General Hospital Intensive Care Unit for caring for our beloved mother and brother. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations and delivering a great standard of care.
We cannot thank the ICU team enough for showing compassion, commitment and courage when looking after our loved ones. Our mother and brother were admitted to ICU together, not knowing they are only beds apart. As a family we are unable to explain what this experience feels like. We have found comfort in the nurses and team who were considerate, kind and showed a great display of empathy to what is a very difficult time for our family.
We would also like to thank all of our friends and family for all the support they have given us over the last month or so.
We have been inundated with messages from many of you wishing to donate and as such we have set up this Go Fund Page to raise funds for the staff at Bedford General Hospital ICU Department, please donate generously to help support the hospital’s intensive care unit.
