Cherie is a great friend and a magical human being. Her life has challenged her beyond what anyone should have to bear. Diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma - she has already undergone several rounds of chemo and a stem-cell transplant. She is about to undergo another transplant.
Divorced, with one son in college, and the other finishing high school, she is scared to death not only because of her illness, but because of her mounting medical bills, her inability to work, and her worry about how to pay her mortgage and her medical insurance which is going way up at the end of March 2013.
Cherie deserves all the good the world can offer her now.
