Help the Angels，Help ourselves！

My fellow Americans，

This is Kevin Chen，here to call upon a donation on Medical Supplies to Pomona Valley Hospital，which dealed with the first confirmed COVID-19 case in Walnut. I myself called the hospital hotline on 03/23/2020 and told them I wanted to help with medical supplies. The reception put me through to a lady. And I was told ANY kind of face mask、goggle、coverall、disinfectant even towels accepted.

She spoke in heavy tone and I felt really sad. I didn't know what to say to cheer her up. So I told her， “thank you for protecting us neighbors. you guys are truly American heroes. No worries，I'll try my best to find anything that you need. We neighbors got your back. ”She kept saying thank you and thank you…with a sobbing voice…that really broke my heart. I couldn't fall asleep with this that night.

That was the reason why I keep calling upon people to donate extra medical supplies since 03/23，I've been collecting and delivering them to hospitals eight times ，almost everyday. From personal behavior and now we are a group of people. By now we people have donated more than half of the donations among all that PVHMC has received.

These adorable people are protecting us， risking themselves as well as their families to save lives！ We need to help them with anything！

各位朋友，

我是Kevin Chen，在此呼吁各位捐款、捐献医疗物资给Pomona Valley hospital，COVID-19定点医院，也就是接受walnut第一例COVID-19病例的医院，急需各类物资；
急需的物资：
口罩（所有类型）
手套（未开封）
消毒洗手液（未开封）
消毒湿巾（未开封）
漂白剂(Bleach，未开封)
毛巾（最好白色或浅色）

我本人于3/23/2020下午亲自致电Pomona医院，询问医院是否接受物资捐赠、对手套口罩有什么具体要求，接线小姐把我的电话转给负责捐赠的LEE女士，LEE女士表示，现在各种口罩、护目镜、手套、防护和消毒液都需要。我不知该怎样安慰她…当我在电话中表示：你们是真正的美国英雄，我们这些街坊邻居愿意尽绵薄之力提供支持帮助时，对方一直在说谢谢，我能感觉电话中对方的声音都快哭了。

一线的医生护士在守护我们的社区，我认为此时我应该站出来帮助和保护好他们。正因如此，从3月23日起，我每天早上募集物资、送去医院，从一个人变成一群人，至今已送了八次，共计超过38000余片各式口罩、5000个手套、近百桶消毒液以及数百套防护服、防护面罩等各式物资。先后支援了了Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center、Loma Linda University Medical Center、Walnut Diamond Bar Police department和Pomona Police Department等多个机构。 单PVHMC，我们这群人募集捐赠的物资就超过所有捐赠物的50%！

主创造我们互为兄弟姐妹、爱护彼此，现在正是他们最需要我们的时候！
我们的老祖宗也曾教过我们：
老吾老以及人之老、幼吾幼以及人之幼；爱的海洋，每一滴水都很重要！
疫情在美国继续肆虐，我们现在需要更多的物资，以及资金用于购买口罩、防护服等医疗防护物资去保护医疗人员！
我们会把您的爱心捐赠，把每一分钱变成最急需的物资，用在医务人员身上！
帮助他们就是帮助我们自己！
