Delivering Food For First Responders Of COVID-19

My name is Michelle Mudge and I am a U.S Army aviator currently on terminal leave and back home on Long Island, NY. I have a deep desire to just help anyone I can during this international pandemic, especially those who are on the front line in this war. The nurses the doctors the first responders the national guard the essential services personnel delivering food to grocery stores and processing your prescriptions at pharmacies. THANK YOU! I also want to help all my friends in the restaurant business who are still pushing out to-go orders to keep their families fed and mortgage paid every day of this crisis. I am making it my personal mission to start delivering trays of food from local family run restaurants to either doctors, nurses, and first responders. I will be delivering food (with a mask and gloves on) to everyone that we need to be thanking right now to make sure they are fed and have one less thing to worry about. I will also be doing grocery shopping for my members of the Northport American Legion Post 694 where we have WWII veterans who can’t safely go to the grocery store without fear of coming in contact with Coronavirus. If you are or know somebody who is a doctor, nurse, police officer, firefighter, first responders, national guard or elder veteran of any kind please let me know. If you know personally somebody who owns a family restaurant who may be struggling at this time on Long Island, please let me know. I will order food from that restaurant. I love this country, I love New York, and I love all the people in this world who are fighting on the front line against this virus to protect the ones we love.
