Funeral for Farah

As most know, Farah unfortunately lost her battle with colon cancer on Monday morning. Not only did she battle an extremely aggressive form of colon cancer, she also battled it without the comfort of parents or close family by her side. Farah's mother lost her battle with colon cancer at the age of 31 and now Farah has gone on to join her at 33.

Luckily Farah had a wonderful network of friends who loved her like family, who stayed by her side at the hospital, and who opened their homes to her when she had no where to go. None of us anticipated Farah's journey ending the way it has, but we have been faced with the harsh reality that she was no longer able to fight.

We believe that she deserves a funeral that celebrates her courageous battle and the beautiful aura she maintained during her time with us. We are asking if anyone can please donate to help provide Farah with a proper final resting place. We are hoping to be able to lay her to rest by next Saturday if we are able to come up with enough funds to give to the funeral home.
