He went through 6-weeks of radiation and were told that if he went through with this radiation, the cancer would not return.
A year later (Oct.2012) he started have pains in his pelvic area. He could hardly walk; so we went and got the pain checked out to find out that there was a lesion on the pelvic area and in other parts of the bones. We then had to go through bone scans, more doctor visits, blood draws, testing that took hours at time. After we 3 weeks of waiting to see the Columbus doctor, we find out the tumor matasized into the bones causing the pain. The doctor told us that the cancer has spread to many parts of the bones and that he would need chemo to stop the growth. He was diagnosed as metastatic bone disease (cancer).
This disease is not cureable but can be treated so it doesn't spread through the treatment of chemo for the next 6-8 months. He is now going to through chemo and doctor visits involving multiple scans and blood work to make sure that it doesn't spread further then it has already.
I am reaching out to ask for help, as medical bills are starting to pile up. Any help at this point is a "God Send" and much appreciated.
