PLEASE HELP! My Dog Was Hit By A Train

My Pitt bull ran away and we where looking for him for hours. But we got a call from the humane Society saying they found him. And he got hit by the train and need extensive care and is in critical condition. We took him to the ER and they said it was going to be upwards of 7-8,000$ for his eye to get removed and his leg to be fused back in place.
