Save Sophie Fund

This is Sophie, She was my running partner, my snuggle buddy and my best friend. This past October Sophie got spooked at the end of our run at Lake Lansing Park North in Haslett Mi and bolted. After weeks of searching and doing everything possible to track her down I still didn't have any good leads. I started to fear for the worst when the weather got bad. However two months after she took off she was spotted in the park two times in one week running through the marsh area, then again about 2 weeks ago in the same spot. I've been out there countless times now and I've spent entire Saturdays out there with no luck. I even had a big search party out there to try to bring her home for Christmas.  Miraculously she was found last night: but only after being hit by a truck.  Thank goodness she still had on her collar and I was contacted immediately. Incredibly she is still very healthy other than in shock and 3 fractures in her hip. Please help me take on these surgery bills. Any amount will help. She has come so far and been though so much I can't give up on her now.
