Cookeville, TN Tornado Recovery

A member of my work family (and their neighbors) had their lives altered the night of March 2nd! An EF-4 tornado tore through middle TN, most severely impacting the community of Cookeville. Their lives were forever changed in a matter of seconds. After finally restoring cellular service, I spoke with him today. His account of performing search and rescue, alongside fellow neighbors, was heartbreaking and nearly un fathomable. The sounds of homeowners crying out, screaming in pain, and dogs yelping, buried under the debris of their homes is nearly too much to give thought to. Items we take for granted are now in short demand. I’d like to raise funds, and in turn purchase the following items ASAP: - Bottled water. - Clear plastic totes. - Portable phone chargers. - 5 gallon water coolers. - Powdered drink mixes.
