Help Diana Overcome Breast Cancer

Our friend, Diana Lynne Hill, is a loving wife, stepmother, and sister who needs your help. Recent hip replacement surgery has allowed Diana to gain strength and mobility. Things have been improving so much that Diana was looking forward to working to help retire the last of their medical debt. Little did Diana and her husband Tim know that they would soon be facing another battle—cancer.
After watching a TED talk video by Chiqeeta Jameson, Diana learned dense breast tissue sometimes hides malignant cells and that she would benefit from having an ultrasound breast scan. Nine months earlier, mammography had missed Diana's breast cancer. The ultrasound scan alerted doctors to request a biopsy.
The Challenges of Life Mount Up
On February 18, 2020, Diana was diagnosed with breast cancer. The very next week, Tim was laid off from work.
Surgery and lymph node testing, follow-up and chemotherapy are all part of a long-term treatment plan being put into place. As you can imagine, the Hills are facing an overwhelming wave of expenses! They won’t have insurance through Tim’s job much longer, so we want to help them prepare for the mounting medical expenses that Diana’s treatment will require.
