Medical Answers for Ansley

In August of 2011 I began having head pain which was extremely rare for me. As the months passed the head pain became much worse and more frequent interfering with my work so I had to resign in October of 2011. On November 1st 2011 my doctor called me with the results of my MRA. I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation. I was then sent to Duke to meet with a Neurosurgeon. On January 19th, 2012 I underwent Brain surgery in hopes to resolve the pain. It has now been a little over 1 year since the surgery and the pain is far worse. I have been bedridden for over a year now. My family and I have been to specialist all over the U.S. trying to get answers as to why. As of today even after 20-30 MRI, CT scans & another Spinal Tap, the doctors still have no answers. My Cobra health Insurance has now run out. I take several medications a day to help tolerate the pain. The cash cost of these medications is quite expensive. The last hope I have is to meet with a Rheumatologist to see if I have any type of autoimmune disorder. The cost to see this type of specialist starts at $300.00. I am and have been fighting for disability. It is under appeal now as it was denied the 1st time. I will fight with all I have for disability so that I can have insurance again. There has to be a doctor out there that has the answers and that can give me my life back. Your kindness and generosity is very much appreciated.
