family in need of help

We've been experiencing some misfortune lately when it comes to our cars. The family minivan needs a new transmission. Dad is working 3 jobs to get us by paycheck to paycheck. This leaves no "extra money" for things such as auto repairs or insurance. Dad's health is a question as he has gone without medical or dental insurance for over 10 years now having had a heart attack during that time that left him with 6 stents in his heart. He's also been working with a broken wrist for the last year and a half. If we could repair or replace the van that would go a long way to help our family. Dad could pick up large catering jobs from the restaurant he works at and we could make the 300 mile round trip for him to spend time with his 15 year old son that he rarely sees any more because of the distance and a lack of a reliable van. Anything at all helps and we really appreciate all the kindness we have been fortunate enough to receive this far. Thank you and God bless everyone.
