Baby Kingsley Is A Fighter!

This is baby Kingsley. He is currently on life support in ICU at Florida South Hospital. Kingsley was born on November 19, 2019. He has been in and out the hospital his whole little life. Kingsley was born without Ganglion Cells in his colon. He had his first surgery on Sunday January 19, 2020. We were noticing he was not recovering good. His itty bitty stomach was very enlarged. So X-rays were being done regularly. It wasn’t until Wednesday, January 29, 2020 they viewed one of his X-rays that showed air or liquid where it was not suppose to be. The surgeon came in to tell us he needed to be rushed to the operating room for emergency surgery. My heart dropped.. So once again my baby is in surgery, the wait feels like a lifetime. His surgery was Exploratory Laparotomy. They went in and took his intestines out to see if they could see the problem. A lot of his intestines were cut out. Surgeon also took out his appendix. He now has a colostomy bag until he’s about 6 months old. This is the scariest situation I’ve ever had to push through. My husband & I are unable to work right now due to being in the hospital.
